📦 Digital Delivery Process
Instant Download Products
For pre-made designs labeled "Instant Download":
- Delivery Time: Immediately after purchase completion
- Delivery Method: Download link sent to your email + accessible in your Shopify account
- File Access: Available for redownload anytime from your order history
Custom Design Products
For personalized/customized designs:
- Standard Service: 2-5 business days after you submit customization details and approve your proof
- Rush Service: 24-48 hours (select rush option at checkout or contact us)
- Delivery Method: Email with download link + accessible in your Shopify account
- File Access: Permanent access for redownloading
📧 What You'll Receive
After your order is complete, you'll receive:
- Order Confirmation Email - Immediate confirmation of your purchase
- Customization Instructions (for custom designs) - How to submit your details
- Proof Email (for custom designs) - Preview of your design for approval
- Final File Email - Download link for your high-resolution design file
File Specifications:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Resolution: 300 DPI (print-ready quality)
- Size: Optimized for the dimensions you ordered
📥 How to Access Your Files
Method 1: Email Link
Click the download link in your delivery email. Files are typically available for 30 days via email link.
Method 2: Shopify Account
- Log into your account at digitalmomentsrio.com
- Go to "Account" → "Order History"
- Click on your order
- Download your files (available permanently)
Lost Your Download Link?
No problem! Contact us at digitalmomentsrio@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it immediately.
🖨️ Printing Your Design
We do not provide printing services. You are responsible for printing your digital file.
Recommended Print Locations:
- Local Print Shops: Staples, FedEx Office, local printers
- Online Services: Vistaprint, Printful, Nations Photo Lab
- Photo Centers: Costco, Walmart, CVS
- Specialty Printers: Search for "backdrop printing" or "large format printing"
Printing Costs: Vary by size, material, and printer (typically $30-150+). We recommend getting quotes from multiple providers.
🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files are delivered. Digital files cannot be "returned" as they cannot be retrieved once downloaded.
When We Offer Refunds
We will issue a full refund in these situations:
- File Corruption: If your file is damaged or won't open
- Wrong Product: If we sent the incorrect design
- Technical Issues: If you cannot access your download due to our error
- Before Customization: If you cancel before we begin work on your custom design
When We Don't Offer Refunds
- Change of mind after file delivery
- Incorrect customization details provided by customer
- Printing issues at your chosen print provider
- Color variations between screen and print (normal for digital-to-print)
- Size issues if you ordered the wrong dimensions
✏️ Revisions & Corrections
Before Final Delivery
Revisions are included! We'll send you a proof to review before finalizing your design.
- Minor changes included: Text corrections, color adjustments, small layout tweaks
- Major changes: Significant design overhauls may require additional fees
After Final Delivery
If you need changes after receiving your final file:
- Our Error: We'll fix it at no charge (spelling mistakes we made, wrong colors, etc.)
- Your Error: Changes to information you provided may incur a fee
- Add-On Service: Use our "Edit 1 Picture" product to add/change photos
⚠️ Important Notes
File Ownership & Usage
- You may print your design as many times as needed for personal use
- Files may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially
- Copyright remains with Digital Moments Rio
Color Accuracy
Colors may appear different on screen vs. print due to:
- Monitor calibration differences
- Printer settings and capabilities
- Paper/material type
- Lighting conditions
This is normal and not grounds for refund. We recommend doing a test print if color accuracy is critical.
File Compatibility
Our files are standard JPG/PNG format compatible with all printers. If your printer requires a different format, most print shops can convert files at no charge.

We stand behind our work! If there's an issue with your design file:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your file
- Describe the issue with screenshots if possible
- We'll resolve it through correction, replacement, or refund
