Shipping policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Digital Moments Rio sells digital files only. No physical items, printed materials, or packages will be shipped to your postal address.
Thank you for shopping at Digital Moments Rio! Because all our products are digital, our "shipping" process consists of email delivery and digital downloads. Please review our delivery methods below based on the type of product you purchased.
1. Instant Download Products
If you purchased an Instant Download file (e.g., self-edit templates or ready-to-print designs), your files will be available immediately after your payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an automated email from us containing a link to download your files.
- If you created an account during checkout, you can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account on our website.
2. Custom Design Products
If you purchased a Custom Design (where our studio personalizes the design for you), the delivery is done via email in two stages:
- Digital Proof: We will email you a draft of your design within the turnaround time you selected during checkout (e.g., Standard or Rush delivery).
- Final Delivery: Once you review the proof and give us your final approval, we will email you the high-resolution, print-ready files (PDF and JPG formats).
Note: Turnaround time begins only after we receive all the necessary information and photos required to complete your design.
3. Did Not Receive Your Email?
Digital delivery is generally instantaneous for instant downloads, but occasionally emails can be filtered by your email provider. If you haven't received your files or your custom proof within the expected timeframe:
- Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Ensure that the email address provided at checkout was spelled correctly.
If you still cannot locate your delivery email, please contact us immediately at digitalmomentsrio@gmail.com with your Order Number, and we will manually resend your files.
4. Printing Your Files
Because no physical items are shipped, you are responsible for arranging the printing of your files. Our print-ready designs can be printed at home, at local print shops (like Staples or Office Depot), or through online printing vendors (like VistaPrint or Prints of Love).
