Refund Policy:
At Digital Moments, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom designs that exceed their expectations. We understand that sometimes situations arise that require a refund. Here’s how our refund policy works:
1. Cancellation Before Design Approval
If you cancel your order before approving the design file, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.
2. Dissatisfaction With the Design
If you are not satisfied with the design that we have created for you, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the design sample. We will work with you to understand your concerns and make any necessary changes. If we are unable to make the changes to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund.
3. Cancellation After Design Approval
Once you have approved the design file and it has been sent to your email, we cannot issue a refund. This is because our designers have put time and effort into creating your custom design, and we consider it a final sale.
4. Rush / Urgent Orders
Rush/Urgent orders require full payment before any work begins. Rush orders are non-refundable once work has started or a proof/sample has been sent, even if the final files have not yet been delivered. Proofs for rush orders are provided in low resolution with a watermark, and final high-resolution files are released only after payment is confirmed. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before purchasing a rush service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (when applicable under this policy), please email us at digitalmomentsrio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will process your refund as soon as possible.
Processing Time
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
