Please note that my store clearly states that we work exclusively with digital files. This information is visible in the product title, images, description, and also in the Terms and Conditions, which must be accepted before placing an order.

Without accepting these terms, the checkout process cannot be completed.

Additionally, in the email where we sent the sample, we once again clarified that the product is a digital file and that we do not offer refunds once the final design has been delivered by email.

That is why we only send the original file after your approval, to prevent misunderstandings like this.

I understand your concern, but the service you requested was completed and approved by you. As per our policy, we do not issue refunds after the delivery of the final file.
