¿POR QUÉ UTILIZAR ARCHIVOS DIGITALES?
La ventaja del arte digital es que pagas una sola vez y puedes imprimir tantas veces como quieras en casa o en la imprenta.

TAMAÑO:
Cualquier tamaño (300 ppp)
*Se puede aumentar proporcionalmente. Incluso para imprimir etiquetas y otros obsequios para fiestas.

TIPO DE PEDIDO:
PEDIDO NORMAL - El plazo de entrega es de hasta 5 días hábiles , pudiendo estar listo antes, según nuestra disponibilidad.
PEDIDO URGENTE - El tiempo de entrega es de hasta 2 días hábiles , pudiendo estar listo antes, según nuestra disponibilidad.

Esta tienda opera según la hora estándar del este y cualquier pedido realizado después de las 6 p. m. EST no se recibirá hasta el día siguiente.

Se aceptan pedidos urgentes únicamente de lunes a jueves. Los pedidos urgentes realizados los viernes, sábados y domingos no se procesarán hasta el día siguiente.

* Antes de realizar su pedido, díganos su tema y cómo necesita el diseño de su fondo.
* Comenzaremos el proceso de creación solo después de la confirmación del pago.
*Podemos realizarlo en cualquier idioma, siempre y cuando se utilice un texto con caracteres alfanuméricos (AZ+0-9).
*Tus datos de personalización deben ser enviados a nuestro correo electrónico EXACTAMENTE como lo deseas en tu archivo final.
*Podemos realizar cuantos cambios necesites, hasta obtener el resultado que deseas. Si no lo desea, podemos realizar el reembolso, antes de enviar el archivo final.

Nota: Los colores pueden variar según la calibración del monitor y la tinta y/o calidad de impresión.

ENVÍO DEL PRODUCTO:
* Después de la aprobación, le enviaremos el archivo JPG no editable a su correo electrónico.
*El producto se envía únicamente vía correo electrónico. No es necesario pagar flete ni ningún otro cargo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you create matching items?: Yes! We can create a full party suite: invitations, welcome signs, water bottle labels, chocolate wrappers, and more to match this theme.
Can I change the size of the design?: Please let us know your preferred size when ordering. Resizing after the design is created may require a small redesign fee.
What if I need more than 2 revisions?: We do our best to get it right the first time! If you need extensive changes after the initial 2 rounds, a small additional fee may apply.
Do you offer refunds?: Due to the nature of custom digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the design work has begun. However, we will work with you to ensure you are happy with the result!
