La ventaja del arte digital es que pagas una sola vez y puedes imprimir tantas veces como quieras en casa o en la imprenta.

Ps.: Si pagó para editar 1 imagen, pero después de editarla, necesita cambiarla por otra imagen, deberá pagar nuevamente para editar la nueva imagen.

TIPO DE PEDIDO:
PEDIDO NORMAL - El plazo de entrega es de hasta 5 días hábiles , pudiendo estar listo antes, según nuestra disponibilidad.
PEDIDO URGENTE - El tiempo de entrega es de hasta 2 días hábiles , pudiendo estar listo antes, según nuestra disponibilidad.

Esta tienda opera según la hora estándar del este y cualquier pedido realizado después de las 6 p. m. EST no se recibirá hasta el día siguiente.

Se aceptan pedidos urgentes únicamente de lunes a jueves. Los pedidos urgentes realizados los viernes, sábados y domingos no se procesarán hasta el día siguiente.

*Podemos realizarlo en cualquier idioma, siempre y cuando se utilice un texto con caracteres alfanuméricos (AZ+0-9).
*Tus datos de personalización deben ser enviados a nuestro correo electrónico EXACTAMENTE como lo deseas en tu archivo final.
*Podemos realizar cuantos cambios necesites, hasta obtener el resultado que deseas. Si no lo desea, podemos realizar el reembolso, antes de enviar el archivo final.

Nota: Los colores pueden variar según la calibración del monitor y la tinta y/o calidad de impresión.
Nota: Si desea realizar un cambio importante, solicite un pedido PERSONALIZADO.

ENVÍO DEL PRODUCTO:
* Después de la aprobación, le enviaremos el archivo JPG no editable a su correo electrónico.
*El producto se envía únicamente vía correo electrónico. No es necesario pagar flete ni ningún otro cargo.

3. Review Your Proof: You will receive a proof to review before the final files are delivered.
4. Request Revisions: Use the revision rounds included with your selected product or option, when applicable.
5. Final Delivery: Once approved, your high-resolution print-ready files are delivered by email.

Approval & Revisions

Please review your proof carefully and communicate any requested changes during the included revision process. Revision terms are based on the option selected when placing your order.

If you need additional changes after final delivery, you can request an Additional Design Revision.

What information do you need from me?

When will I receive my proof?

Your proof is prepared according to the turnaround option selected with your order, starting after all necessary information and photos have been received.

How many revisions are included?

The number of included revision rounds depends on the option selected on the product page. Please review the available options before completing your purchase.

Can I request a different size?

If the product allows size customization, provide your preferred dimensions during the ordering process. Size changes requested after the design has been finalized may require additional work.

Can you edit my photo?

Photo editing is available when offered as a selectable product option. Please choose the appropriate photo-editing option when placing your order.

What file formats will I receive?

The product listing specifies the formats included with your order. Where indicated, this includes a high-resolution PDF and JPG.

Is this a physical product?

No. All products are digital files. Nothing is physically printed or shipped to you.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Custom work begins after the necessary information is received. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the design process has started, according to our store policy.
