• Our Process: You provide your custom details (Names, Date, Location) at checkout. Our studio will personally handle the professional typesetting and layout adjustments to ensure your design looks flawless.
• Delivery: You will receive a high-resolution, print-ready digital file directly in your email.

2. PRINTING OPTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS (USA)

Printing is the customer's responsibility, but we are happy to guide you!

• Local Print Shops: A quick local search in your area is highly recommended for personalized service.

3. TERMS OF SALE & REVISIONS

• Due to the digital and custom nature of our products, refunds are not available once the final file has been delivered.
• Your order includes professional layout adjustment. If you require additional changes or revisions after the final file delivery (beyond the original scope), an extra revision round must be purchased.

You are purchasing a creative design service. Files are for personal use only. Commercial use or resale is strictly prohibited.

3. Final Delivery: Once approved, we will send you the high-resolution files, ready to be printed!

If you need additional layout changes or new details added after the final delivery, you can easily request them by purchasing an Additional Design Revision.

Do you create matching party items?

Absolutely! We can design a cohesive suite for your event, including invitations, welcome signs, water bottle labels, chocolate wrappers, and more.

Can I change the size of the design?

Yes. Please specify your preferred dimensions in the order notes during checkout. Requesting a major size change after the design has been finalized may incur a redesign fee.

What if I need more than 2 revisions?

We strive for perfection on the first draft! However, if you require extensive structural changes beyond the 2 included rounds, a small additional revision fee will apply.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds once the design process has started. We are, however, fully committed to working with you during the revision phase to ensure you love the final product.
