Ps.: If you paid to edit 1 picture, but after the picture be edited, you need to change for another picture, you will need to pay again to edit the new picture.

TYPE OF ORDER:
REGULAR ORDER - The delivery time is up to 5 business days, and can be ready sooner, according to our availability.
RUSH ORDER - The delivery time is up to 2 business days, and can be ready sooner, according to our availability.

This shop operates on Eastern Standard Time and any orders placed after 6pm EST will not be received until the following day.

Rush orders are accepted Monday through Thursday, only. Rush orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following day.

CUSTOMIZATION:
* Before make your order, please tell us your theme and how you need your backdrop design.
* We will start the creation process only after payment confirmation.
* We can make it in any language, as long as a text with alphanumeric characters (A-Z + 0-9) is used.
* Your personalization data should be sent to our email EXACTLY as you want it in your final file.
* We can make how many changes as you need, until we get the result you want. If you don't like, we can make the refund, before send the final file.

SHIPPING THE PRODUCT:
* After approval, we will send the non-editable JPG file to your e-mail.
* The product is sent via email only. No need to pay freight or any other fees.
